There are a number of facilities available
• 30 Guest Rooms
There are 30 Guest Rooms located on the 3rd & 4th Floors at the east wing of the College. These can be accessed by lift or stairs.
All rooms are immaculately laid out with a double bed, bedside lamps, writing table, luggage rack, a fitted bathroom and a temperature-controlled air-conditioning unit. Also available are several cable and local television channels.
There is a free broadband internet facility in each room to serve guests with their own laptops. Rooms rates include breakfast and relevant taxes. Guests have complimentary access to the College's Fellows' Lounge. |
• 750 Seater Conference Auditorium
The Conference Auditorium at the Ghana College of Physicians & Surgeons has a seating capacity of 750. The seating arrangement is tiered and divided into 3 sections with rising aisles in between.
Seats are retractable with each fitted with a fold-away writing flap. The Auditorium layout comprises an elevated semi-oval tropical-wood parquet stage with access on both wings. The stage also features a multi-purpose cinema style white backdrop.
Provision is made for physically-challenged persons to make a comfortable entry to or exit from the auditorium. The facility is fully air-conditioned and is fitted with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. |
• Meeting Rooms
There are 5 audio-visually equipped meeting rooms with different seating capacities (ranging from 20 to 100) within the College premises.
Rooms can be set up in layout styles to meet specific client requests. We would particularly recommend the Executive Boardroom for Corporate meetings of top-notch executives with a taste for panache.
Attached to the executive boardroom is an exclusive balcony which gives a privileged panoramic view of the high risers of central Accra. |
• Restaurant & Atrium
The 150-seater restaurant is fully air-conditioned and is ideal for social functions that require that special ambience and exclusiveness.
It has an adjoining fully-equipped kitchen to cater for various culinary delights. Your wish is our command.
The restaurant extends externally to a high-roofed atrium, an exceptional venue for many outdoor events. It has a seating capacity of 250. |
